Sharing a gallery: link, passwords, QR code

In the Settings (Ustawienia) tab you choose one of three access options:

• –Private, with password — the default. Only someone who knows the password sees the photos. The gallery never ends up in search engines.
• –Anyone with the link, no password — anyone who gets the address can open it. It doesn’t appear in search engines or in your portfolio.
• –Public — for showing on Facebook or Instagram. It appears in your portfolio and Google may index it.

The gallery address itself ends in a random string, so nobody can guess it.

Once published, the Sharing (Udostępnianie) tab shows the link and a ready-made text for your client: a greeting, the link, a spot for the password and the date the gallery stays available until.

2. 22. Paste it into an email or Messenger.
3. 33. Where it says “[wpisz hasło]” (enter password), type the gallery password. We only store a hash of it, so we can’t fill it in for you.

The couple want to see everything, but wedding guests don’t necessarily need the getting-ready shots. That’s what extra passwords and hidden frames are for.

1. 11. In the Photos (Zdjęcia) tab, select the frames guests shouldn’t see and click Hide (Ukryj).
2. 22. Go to Sharing → Extra passwords (Udostępnianie → Dodatkowe hasła).
3. 33. Enter who the password is for (e.g. “Guests”), the password itself (at least 4 characters) and click Add password (Dodaj hasło).
4. 44. Write it down straight away — a new password is shown only once, when you set it.

The main password always sees the whole gallery, hidden frames included. An extra password doesn’t see them by default: a hidden photo isn’t in the grid, isn’t available at its file address and isn’t in the downloaded ZIP. If you do want a particular password to see them, tick sees hidden frames (widzi ukryte kadry) next to it.

Extra passwords appear only in password-protected galleries. Deleting a password doesn’t lock out people who are already in — their access expires within 30 days at the latest. If it’s urgent, take the gallery offline.

The Download QR code (Pobierz kod QR) button saves a high-resolution PNG. It works printed on a photo print, a USB box or a wedding table card. The code contains only the gallery address, not the password — guests need to get the password separately.

Link sent to the wrong person? In the Sharing (Udostępnianie) tab, click Hide gallery (Ukryj galerię). The link stops working immediately, and the photos, settings and client selections stay where they are.

To bring the gallery back, click Restore publication (Przywróć publikację). The address doesn’t change and the expiry date stays the same as before. If you’re changing the password, do it before restoring.
