A gallery stays live for 12 months after publishing. We remind you before it ends, your client sees a countdown, and restoring it takes one click.

How long a gallery stays live
A published gallery is available to your client for 12 months from the day it’s published. After that it moves to the archive.

- For the last 30 days your client sees a countdown in the gallery: “This gallery will be available for another 12 days. Download the photos to your own drive while they’re here.” You don’t have to be the one breaking the news.
What “archived” means
At the link, your client sees a message that the gallery has expired and a request to contact you. Photos, selections and settings stay on your account and still count towards your storage limit. We don’t delete anything.
Restoring a gallery
- 1. Open the gallery in the dashboard.
- 2. Click Republish (Opublikuj ponownie) in the header or in the Sharing tab.
- 3. The gallery comes back at the same address for another 12 months. The password stays the same.
Republishing costs nothing. The couple want their photos for their anniversary? One click and the link works again.
Quick questions
- Does an expired gallery take up space on my account?
- Yes. The files stay on your account and count towards your limit. If you need space, delete a gallery you won’t be restoring.
- Can I set a shorter period than 12 months?
- There’s no such setting. But you can hide a gallery at any time in the Sharing tab — the link stops working immediately.
