Session bookings
Your client picks a free slot in your calendar, you confirm within 48 hours, and cancelling is a link in the email.

Setting up
- 1. In the Portfolio tab, set your page address. Your booking page gets the same address segment, e.g.
silveralbum.art/r/your-studio. - 2. Go to Bookings (Rezerwacje) and add a session type: name, duration, break after the session and location, e.g. “Family session, 60 min + 30 min break, outdoors”.
- 3. Tick the days of the week and the hours you work.
- 4. Add your days off — holidays, weddings from other calendars. Nobody can book anything on those days.
- 5. Send your clients the link to your booking page. You’ll find it at the top of the Bookings tab.
The break after a session protects your travel and prep time. The next client can’t get a slot that starts five minutes after the previous one.
Confirming: 48 hours
A new booking waits for your confirmation and blocks the slot in your calendar straight away. You get an email, and the client gets confirmation that their request came through.
- You have 48 hours to click Confirm (Potwierdź). After 24 hours we’ll remind you by email.
- If you don’t confirm, the booking expires on its own and the slot is free again. The client is told. A booking expires sooner if the session would start before the 48 hours are up.
- Pending bookings always sit at the top of the list, whatever their date.
Cancelling
Your client cancels on their own, with a button in the confirmation email. They don’t need to call you or log in. You get an email, and the slot goes back into your calendar for someone else.
You cancel with the Cancel (Odwołaj) button in the bookings list. This can’t be undone, so the dashboard asks if you’re sure. The client gets a message in the language they booked in.
