Getting started: your account and first gallery

From signing up to the link you send your client, in seven steps.

It takes a few minutes, plus the time your photos need to upload. No card required.

  1. 1. Go to the home page and click Create account (Załóż konto). Enter your name, email address and a password.
  2. 2. Open the email from us and confirm your address with the link. You can’t log in to the dashboard until you do.
  3. 3. In the dashboard, click New gallery (Nowa galeria). Enter the name your client will see, e.g. “Anna & Peter, wedding 14.06”. If the client is going to pick photos for editing, mark it as a selection gallery straight away.
  4. 4. Click Create and upload photos (Załóż i wgraj zdjęcia), then drag your files into the upload area. More in Uploading photos.
  5. 5. In the Settings (Ustawienia) tab, enter a gallery password and save. New galleries are private by default, so you can’t publish one without a password.
  6. 6. Click Publish (Opublikuj). The gallery will be available to your client for 12 months.
  7. 7. In the Sharing (Udostępnianie) tab, copy the link or the ready-made message for your client. Add the password yourself — we don’t store it in readable form.

Before you send the link, click View as client (Zobacz jak klient). The gallery opens exactly as the couple will see it.

What the free Start plan includes

Every new account begins on the Start plan. It doesn’t expire — you can stay on it for as long as you like.

  • 5 GB of storage for originals. The thumbnails and previews we generate don’t count towards the limit.
  • Two galleries at a time. You can create a third once you delete one of them or move to a paid plan.
  • Every gallery feature: passwords, photo selection, watermark, ZIP downloads, session bookings.

5 GB is roughly one smaller shoot at full resolution. Enough to try SilverAlbum with a real client. A full wedding usually needs the Fotograf plan — see Account and billing for a comparison.

What’s in the gallery dashboard

Each gallery has a few tabs. Open whichever one you need:

  • Photos (Zdjęcia) — uploading, the photo grid, hiding frames, choosing the cover.
  • Client selections (Wybory klientów) — only in selection galleries. The list of chosen files and the client’s notes.
  • Sharing (Udostępnianie) — link, QR code, ready-made message, extra passwords.
  • Design (Wygląd) — cover, background, gallery language, welcome note.
  • Settings (Ustawienia) — access, downloads, watermark, selection limit.
  • History (Historia) — who opened the gallery and when, what they downloaded, which emails went out.
