Account and billing

You pay for storage, not per gallery. On paid plans the number of galleries is unlimited.

• –Start — €0, 5 GB, two galleries.
• –Fotograf — 200 GB, about 30 weddings.
• –Studio — 600 GB, about 90 weddings.
• –Pracownia — 2 TB, about 300 weddings.
• –Pauza (Pause) — €3/month, for seasonal photographers. Details below.

Current prices are on the pricing page and in the dashboard, in the Account and billing (Konto i płatności) tab. Only the originals you upload count towards the limit. Thumbnails and previews are on us.

Running a little short mid-season? Buy a 10 GB add-on in the Account and billing (Konto i płatności) tab. It works immediately, and the difference for the current period is prorated.

• –You remove an add-on with the same button. It comes off your bill from the next period.
• –You can’t remove an add-on your photos need. Free up space first.
• –When you move to a higher plan, we remove add-ons you no longer need and email you how much you’re saving.

An add-on costs more per gigabyte than plan storage. That’s deliberate — it’s meant to patch small gaps. If you’re buying a third or fourth, check whether a higher plan works out cheaper.

Pauza is for photographers who earn from April to September. For €3/month all your galleries keep working for clients, and uploading is paused. With your first spring shoot, you go back to a paid plan in one click.

• –You switch to Pauza from a paid plan, in the Account and billing tab.
• –Your photos have to fit in 200 GB.
• –Any add-ons you bought are removed immediately, with no refund for the current period.

Recommend SilverAlbum to another photographer and you both get storage. You’ll find your link in the dashboard under Referrals — copy it, or send it by email or WhatsApp with a ready-made message.

• –The new person has to create their account through your link, within 60 days of clicking it. A referral can’t be added to an account that already exists.
• –The bonus comes only after the referred account’s first paid invoice. Signing up or a trial alone doesn’t earn anything.
• –Then you get +10 GB and the person you referred gets +5 GB. Both bonuses are permanent and work on every plan, including free Start — on top of your plan and add-ons.
• –You can earn up to 100 GB from referrals (10 paid accounts). Further referrals still count, and the people you refer still get their 5 GB.
• –The bonus is storage only — no cash value, not exchangeable and not transferable to another account.

• –You pay by card, through Stripe. We don’t store card numbers.
• –Monthly or yearly. Yearly works out cheaper — you pay for ten months instead of twelve.
• –Discount codes only work with yearly billing. You enter the code at checkout. We won’t accept it with monthly billing.
• –Currency: accounts from Poland pay in PLN, accounts from other countries pay in EUR.
• –Invoice details, payment history, downloadable invoices and changing your card are all behind the button that takes you to Stripe, in the Account and billing tab.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period. After that we don’t delete anything straight away — your clients need time to download their photos.

• –For 30 days your galleries work as before, you just can’t upload new photos.
• –For the next 60 days your galleries are unavailable to clients, but the files stay. Go back to a paid plan and everything works as before.
• –After 90 days your data and files are permanently deleted.

If your photos fit in 5 GB (plus any referral bonus), you can switch to the free Start plan instead and stay on without paying.

SilverAlbum is not a backup. Keep your own copy of every shoot — on a drive, in the cloud, anywhere other than with us.

At the bottom of the Account and billing (Konto i płatności) tab there are two things, in this order:

1. 11. Download my data (Pobierz moje dane) — a JSON file with your profile, the list of galleries and files, client selections and bookings. The photos themselves aren’t in it, because you already have the originals.
2. 22. Delete account permanently (Usuń konto na zawsze) — asks for your password and for you to type your email address. Galleries disappear immediately, and we remove the files from storage within a few hours. Your subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the current period.

We keep invoices, because tax law requires it.
